CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. All appointments will receive a 10 minute grace period , I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Our Policy: All Appointments are required to leave a card on file or a deposit to hold your slot. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. I allow up to 3 appointment rescheduling, after that I will require a deposit for the appointment requested. Please acknowledge this and book accordingly to your schedules. Thank you for your understanding!
